In plain words
- You own your data. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- We protect personal data under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and you can ask to see, correct or delete it.
- Payments are processed by licensed providers such as M-PESA. We never see your PIN.
- Only essential cookies run unless you allow analytics.
- ISP accounts with no activity for 15 days are deleted. Contact us before taking a break.
- Abuse, fraud and spam lead to warnings, suspension or closure, and we tell you why and how to appeal.
